Technology - help for all?

Do you know what happens to young, beautiful people, like those pictured here, if you wait?

Well you get the same as you always do if these young people are lucky - you get people just like you and me, but, well, a bit older.

That doesn't mean anything is wrong - we all age - it's just natural. We don't all lose our abilities. We don't stop seeing, hearing or feeling what goes on around us. Sometimes we find it harder to do things we used to do without thinking.

We think of much technology as a normal, natural part of life, but it may catch us unaware. Beyond a certain age, different aspects of technology can be too new to feel natural, and it can be difficult to learn or relearn skills (at any age).

As age progresses we can all reach the stage where we could do with a little help: if you support Meals on Wheels, we could still be delivering when you need that help! Remember, we help everyone that needs it. Click on our Donate button on any page and give a little to help a lot.

Please remember in your prayers a member of our 'family' here who has suffered an unexpected and very sad loss

Who Are We?

We like to look after people in Longford.  Read a bit about us, you might like to support us.  Not necessarily money - I give a couple of hours sometimes, just to keep things moving :)
